When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Please be aware and considerate of this when scheduling your appointments.

 

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or we will keep the deposit of 50% that was paid for the appointment. Regardless of the reason, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 

Clients who cancel, reschedule, or do not show up ("no show") to their appointments with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full amount for that service. This means that we will keep the 50% deposit and charge the remaining 50% balance due to the credit card on file.

 

Clients who are more than 25 MINUTES LATE will be considered a "no show". This means that we will keep the 50% deposit and charge the remaining 50% balance due to the credit card on file. Please contact us if you are running late so we can try our best to accommodate you. 

 

Packages (laser, body, etc.) - If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show up to your appointment, you will lose that session.

 

By signing this form, you agree to not do a charge back with your banking institution if you fail to cancel or reschedule the appointment within the 48 hours, do not show up to the appointment, or are 20 minutes late. You agree for GLO to charge your credit card the remaining 50% due for your appointment if you cancel or reschedule with less than 12 hours notice, or if you do not show up ("no show"). 

 

This statement will be forwarded to your banking institution to void and cancel your dispute if you attempt a charge back for a no show/cancellation. This statement is valid for the duration of your care at GLO.

 

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies and fees. 

 

Refund Policy: We do not give cash refunds for any products or packages (includes Venus, Body, Laser, etc.) purchased at GLO.
